Know Before You Go
- Please bring comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes with you.
- Video recordings which include all flyers in your session are available for purchase; video footage and/or photographs are non-refundable.
- Please report any problems with your media within 28 days of your flight.
Age and Health Restrictions
- Anyone 18 years of age and over must sign a liability waiver; anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with heart or back problems, children under 3 years, or those weighing over 230 lbs (104 kg) or 254 lbs (115 kg).
- If you are under 180cm tall, you must weigh less than 105kg.
- If you are over 180cm tall, you must weigh less than 115kg.
- Those with prior heart problems, neck or back injuries should consult a doctor before their flight date.
- Those with previous shoulder dislocations are strongly advised not to fly.
- The facility is wheelchair accessible and we can fly people with certain physical disabilities, including amputation and paraplegia.
